Cancellation Policy
- Service Cancellations: Clients can request a cancellation of services by contacting our support team directly. Please note that requests should be made within a specified time frame as agreed upon in your service contract.
- Project-Based Cancellations: For project-based services, cancellations may result in partial charges depending on the stage of the project at the time of cancellation. Work that has already been completed, including any resources allocated, will be billed accordingly.
Refund Policy
- Non-Refundable Services: Due to the nature of digital marketing and creative services, some services are non-refundable. This includes completed projects, graphic designs, digital campaigns, and other deliverables where significant work has already been provided.
- Partial Refunds: In certain cases, partial refunds may be issued based on the amount of work completed at the time of the cancellation. We assess each case individually to determine if a partial refund is applicable.
- Refund Requests: If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please submit a request through our support team within 7 days of your service or project completion. We review requests promptly and aim to resolve them within 14 business days.
